Letni pokaz filmowy dla wszystkich spragnionych krótkich metraży!

W tym sezonie prezentujemy program złożony z pięciu międzynarodowych filmów krótkometrażowych, które umilą ciepłe i leniwe wieczory.

W programie lato będzie towarzyszyć nam w każdym filmie: ta pora roku to dla dwóch przyjaciół przełomowy czas w wyborze drogi życiowej, dla koguta upały będą częścią jego domowego życia w bombajskim mieszkaniu, letni dzień stanowić będzie scenerię dla subtelnej love-story, ciepło towarzyszyć nam będzie we wzruszającej historii imigranta żyjącego w Danii, a wysokie temperatury zapewni rave ubrany w niezwykłą animację.

1. L’été et tout le reste (The summer and all the rest), reż. Sven Bresser, fabuła, Holandia 2018, 18 min.

Kiedy pod koniec lata ostatnie promy z turystami odpływają i większość znajomych Marc-Antoine’a wyjeżdża na studia lub do pracy, on i jego przyjaciel Mickael pozostają w tyle na opuszczonej wyspie.

2. El Afilador (The Sharpener), reż. James Casey, fabuła, Meksyk 2018, 9 min.

W małej kawiarni, w centrum Mexico City pracuje młoda kobieta. Dni spędza na przygotowywaniu jedzenia, słuchaniu sentymentalnej muzyki i oczekiwaniu na przybycie obiektu swoich obsesji.


3. Tungrus, reż. Rishi Chandna, dokument, Indie 2018, 14 min.

Obserwacja tygodnia z życia domowników klasy średniej w Bombaju, które przewraca się do góry nogami, gdy ojciec rodziny przynosi do domu pisklę do zabawy dla swoich kotów.


4. Abu Adnan (Adnan’s Father), reż. Sylvia Le Fanu, fabuła, Dania 2017, 25 min.

Sayid pragnie zachować status ojca i patriarchy rodziny w nowym środowisku językowym i kulturowym, mimo że jego syn coraz bardziej asymiluje się z duńską kulturą językową.

The summer film screening for everyone who’s craving for some short films!

This time we’re presenting the programme embracing five international short films which will make your long and warm evenings even nice

In the programme summer will be present in each film: this time of the year will be crucial for two young friends, for a rooster the heat will be part of his daily life in Mumbai flat, the summer day will create a nice backgroung for a very subtle love story, warmth will accompany very moving story of immigrant living in Denmark and the highest temperature will be provided by pure animated rave.

1. L’été et tout le reste (The summer and all the rest), dir. Sven Bresser, fiction, Netherlands 2018, 18 min.

When at the end of the summer the last ferries with tourists leave and most of young Marc-

Antoine’s friends leave for college or work, he and his friend Mickael are left behind on the deserted island.


2. El Afilador (The Sharpener), dir. James Casey, fiction, Mexico 2018, 9 min.

A young woman works in a small café in downtown Mexico City. She spends her days preparing food, listening to sentimental music, and waiting for the object of her obsessions to arrive.


3. Tungrus, dir. Rishi Chandna, documentary, India 2018, 14 min.

A short documentary that observes a week in the lives of a middle-class household in Mumbai, which turns upside down when the father brings home a baby chick for his cats to play with.


4. Abu Adnan (Adnan’s Father), dir. Sylvia Le Fanu, fiction, Denmark 2017, 25 min.

Sayid wants to keep his status as a father and the family patriarch in a new linguistic and cultural setting, despite his sons progress in assimilating into the Danish language culture.


5. Fest, dir. Nikita Diakur, animation, Germany 2018, 3 min.

A string puppet rave.
